We aren’t born knowing how to navigate our relationship with food or our bodies, we are taught. So many different values and opinions contribute to our unique connection (or lack thereof) to food. That’s where I come in. I am here to help you untangle certain messages to find what works for you and your own life, not what diet culture says is best for you. I decided to become a Registered Dietitian while I was mid-treatment for my eating disorder nearly two decades ago. It took a handful of years to make sure I had a solid footing in my recovery before deciding to go back to school to become an Eating Disorder Dietitian.

Dr. Cao believes that acupuncturist helps & boots patients immune system to fight illnesses through natural acupuncture & holistic medicine to establish their health. He has rich clinical experiences and strong understanding of Chinese Medicine Theory.

I work in a weight-inclusive lens, which can mean we don't focus on the scale in order to improve your conditions. I welcome clients of all identities and backgrounds, and especially enjoy working with individuals in the LGBTQIA+ community, BIPOC, and those with multiracial identities. I believe everybody deserves inclusive care that centers their lived experiences.
