Thai Massage. Traditionally practiced as medical massage in Buddhist monastaries and often referred to as "the lazy man's yoga." As you relax, your body is taken through a series of yogic postures which opens up the muscles and joints for more freedom of movement. Muscular restrictions are isolated and treated.
