Suzanna is a Board Certified and Licensed Registered Dietitian. She completed her Bachelor of Science degree at Purdue University and completed her clinical internship and Masters of Business Administration at Dominican University. Suzanna has been a RD for almost 4 years and is an expert at pediatric and prenatal nutrition. However, she is the most passionate about helping anyone reach their goal.

Laurie is the founder and chief executive manager of Insight EAP LLC. She is a licensed clinical social worker as well as a licensed acupuncturist who practices integrative health care in Chicago and Park Ridge, IL. Her integrative approach is one that incorporates psychotherapy, Chinese Medicine, nutritional counseling, and exercise, treating the mind - body in a truly holistic way.

I was born and raised in Chicago, attended the University of Dayton for undergrad (Go Flyers!) and received my master's degree at Central Michigan University. I currently work at the University of Chicago as the liver transplant dietitian, specializing in all types of liver disease. I also own my own consulting business which has allowed me to broaden my expertise to serve an even wider variety of patient populations. When I am not working, I am spending time with my family- my husband, Kevin, and my two young (crazy) boys, Marty and Charlie, and have one more on the way!

While traditional medicine treats the body as individual separate organs, as a Functional Medicine dietitian, I view the body as one integrated system.

Dajana Marin is a board-certified Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a weight-neutral and non-diet approach. She completed her bachelor’s degree and supervised practice at Dominican University and is finishing her master’s degree in applied exercise science with a concentration in sports nutrition. Dajana has experience working in a clinical and private practice settings with diverse populations and conditions. She is passionate about helping her clients make lifelong sustainable changes through an intuitive eating approach. Her counseling style is calming, warm, open, and gently challenging.

Shalini is a Board-Certified Registered Dietitian who also holds a Master of Science in Health Science and Nutrition from Georgia State University. Shalini began her career as an inpatient Clinical Dietitian over 10 years ago and has since transitioned into providing medical nutrition therapy in outpatient settings. Shalini practices a flexitarian, plant-based style of eating at home. Aside from nutrition, Shalini has a passion for cooking, fitness, and spending time with her family. She became a Registered Dietitian to help people understand the connection between food and wellness.

Hey there! My name is Christina Yangas. I'm a nationally registered dietitian with a masters degree in human nutrition from The University of Alabama. I first wanted to be a dietitian to help change the face of sports dietetics. I wanted to be one of the first females to help take a team to the Super Bowl, championship, Olympics – you name it. I saw the fun in optimizing performance of elite athletes. However, as I studied nutrition I learned more about how broken the health system is and how often misconceptions about diet and food are causing long term repercussions.

Grace (she/her) is an experienced dietitian in the areas of disordered eating and general nutritional wellness. By using an anti-diet and weight inclusive approach, Grace works to help her clients repair their relationship with food and their bodies through Intuitive Eating. By using evidenced-based practices through the lens of the All Foods Fit philosophy and "Health at Every Size" Grace and her clients work together to identify patterns and limiting beliefs that inhibit them from living life unrestricted.

Although I am a “dietitian,” I disagree with “dieting,” especially for weight loss. It leaves us feeling deprived which always backfires in the long run. She completed her clinical internship at St. John's Hospital after graduating from Illinois State University. Jennifer is an expert in inpatient, outpatient and community medical nutrition therapy and diabetes education. Jennifer will help you identify simple ways to make significant changes to meet your healthcare goals. Jennifer has successfully assisted many thousands of individuals throughout her career. Additionally, she also provides medical nutrition therapy for gestational diabetes, high cholesterol and weight loss. Lane is a Certified Registered Dietitian. He completed his dietetic internship at UChicago Medicine Ingalls Memorial after graduating with a degree in Dietetics from Indiana University. Lane loves creating a safe space for his clients to share and does his best to provide evidence based medical nutrition therapy. He is also a NASM- Certified Personal Trainer, which allows him to combine his passion for nutrition and fitness. In his free time, he enjoys spending time getting creative. Whether it be through photography, drawing, making new recipes, or creating new workouts.

Angela has been a licensed registered dietitian nutritionist since 2007. She has a certificate of training in Integrative and Functional Nutrition. This means that Angela takes a holistic approach looking at all parameters of a person's health to personalize a specific plan. Angela specializes in digestive health and plant-based nutrition as she has personally experienced issues with Irritable Bowel Syndrome and altered hormones that have been helped with the use of holistic evidence-based nutrition.
