Hi, my name is Cynthia, I am a registered dietitian, and you may use any pronouns when referring to me. I serve teens (16+) and adults with diagnosed eating disorders, people who are experiencing disordered eating, and individuals who want to explore their relationship with food and their body.

Dr. Heather Buckle is a naturopathic doctor who provides specialized support for chronic gastroenterology issues (GI). Dr. Buckle has spent the past several years, serving thousands of patients with GI conditions including IBS, SIBO, fructose malabsorption, chronic reflux (GER), eosinophilic esophagitis (EOE), Crohn’s, ulcerative colitis, and everything in between. During this time, she has gained extensive expertise in helping to manage these conditions and improve health and function for her patients. In her practice, Dr. Buckle and her team come across many patients who have been battling chronic GI issues.

Dr. Fred Chard Dr. Chard received his DC degree from Western States Chiropractic, Portland, Oregon in 1977. His first animal patients were a goat, and then horses. From 1984-5, Dr. Chard also attended acupuncture college in Honolulu, HI, at the Amerasian Institute The doctor moved to Washington, and worked with a holistic veterinarian in Renton, WA, providing animal chiropractic care to dogs and cats from 1989 to 2001. In 2005, Dr. Chard was awarded his national certification in non-needle ear acupuncture by the Auriculo-Therapy Institute of Los Angeles, California. Dr. Chard is a contributing author to the textbook, “Acutonics,

Magdalynn Hays — Maddie for short — enjoys helping her clients prioritize their health by using a “food as medicine” approach. As a practitioner, Maddie’s goal is to create a custom plan for her clients that is science-based, true to the client’s needs, and, most importantly, fits into their lifestyle. Maddie developed a profound interest in nutrition and exercise (and the intersection between the two) during her undergraduate education at George Fox University in Newberg, Oregon. Although she was a competitive athlete for most of her childhood and early teens, healthcare and science did not initially appeal to her as a career.

A 1992 Bastyr University grad, Dr Forwell offers a wealth of experience from her 29 years in naturopathic primary care. She is a pioneer of Regenerative Injection Therapies employed to treat pain from injury & overuse. Chronic sprains & strains, osteoarthritis etc are treated with these needling techniques referred to as Prolotherapy, PRP and embryonic Stem Cells as well as Mesotherapy & Neural Therapy. She was a founding board member & instructor at the Naturopathic Academy of Therapeutic Injections, has advanced training from the American Association of Orthopaedic Medicine & conducts doctor training courses around the country.

Dr. John has been in practice for 25 years, having earned his doctorate degree in Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University in 1998. After working for two years with a Medical Doctor, he opened The Natural Health Medical Clinic in 2000 on Beacon Hill, just South of Downtown Seattle. He specializes in treating pain and injuries, as well as treating a wide range of health conditions such as diabetes, chronic fatigue, poor immune function and hypthyroidism. Areas of special study include hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) which stimulates stem cell production, ozone therapy, homeopathy, herbal medicine, neural therapy, prolozone, PRP.

I first discovered acupuncture while completing my pre-reqs with the intention of attending medical school at UW - I was struggling with migraines that Western Medicine was incapable of helping me with. An Acupuncturist was able to help me live a migraine free life what I couldn't have previously imagined was possible. I simply fell in love with the medicine and altered my course to pursue my Masters in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine. Dr. Adam Geiger is a naturopathic physician specializing in musculoskeletal ultrasound and orthopedic medicine. Dr. Geiger graduated from the University of Michigan with an honors degree in biochemistry and completed the Naturopathic Medicine program at Bastyr University in 2005. He was selected for a two year residency in nutritional and orthopedic medicine with Thomas Dorman, MD at the Paracelsus Clinic and was trained in Cyriax orthopedics and prolotherapy. He remained on staff there until 2009 and in 2010 he started his private practice in Seattle specializing in regenerative and orthopedic medicine.
