Hello! I am Leticia the owner of MultiSense Nutrition, LLC. If you are wondering if you should see a Registered Dietitian (RD or RDN), you came to the right place. As an RD I focus on balanced eating and don't want you getting bogged down by "healthy" versus "unhealthy". I use a client centered approach to nutrition for children and families. My 18 years of experience as as Registered Dietitian has provided me with the knowledge to provide comprehensive nutrition education and personalized nutrition planning.

Marissa Meshulam is a registered dietitian nutritionist and the founder of MPM Nutrition. Marissa encourages a mindful approach to food. She helps people unlearn food rules engrained from years of dieting and instead relearn how to listen to their bodies. Marissa views her goal as to simplify nutrition. She helps clients finds confidence around food and their bodies for the long term. She specializes in food preoccupation, disordered eating, GI issues, chronic fatigue, weight management, body image issues, women's nutrition and overall wellness.

I am passionate about guiding women in re-establishing a good relationship with food and their bodies. By focusing on health-related goals instead of body size or a number on a scale and challenging food rules that lead to disordered eating, I help individuals regain confidence in themselves and develop autonomy. I am a clinically trained, board certified nutritionist specializing in a whole-body approach to health and wellness. Estee Glikman RDN, CDN, RYT 200 (she/her) is a non-diet registered dietitian, Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and yoga teacher. Estee’s nutrition and yoga philosophy is rooted in love and acceptance and is largely focused on gently empowering both children and adults to make nourishing choices for their bodies (with food and movement). Estee graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics from Queens College and then completed her Dietetic Internship at Lehman College in the Bronx, NY.
