Anna is a Registered Dietitian that practices out of Health Loft specializing in working with adults and pediatrics with a history of GI disorders (Celiac, IBS, Low-FODMAP, IBD, Constipation, GERD, lactase and sucrase deficiency), Healthy Eating, Weight Management, Food Allergies, and Pediatric Nutrition. She works collaboratively with clients to set realistic and practical goals reflective of individualized nutrition plans. She believes that balanced nutrition looks differently for everyone, and client’s medical history needs to be considered along with their resources, schedules, and circumstances.

As a Functional Medicine Nutritionist, my goal is to address the root cause of disease as opposed to simply managing symptoms like most conventional medicine doctors. In addition, Dr. Wan holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Medical Pharmacology from the University of Arizona, School of Medicine, which give her a significant insight and valuable experiences in both Eastern and Western Medicine. With her unique and in depth knowledge, Dr. Wan has been using acupuncture, evidence-based herbal remedies, dietary supplements, exercise and lifestyle counseling to help her patients overcome obstacles to their health.
