I am a registered dietitian with 10 years of experience specializing in helping clients struggling with IBS navigate the LOW FODMAP diet and find symptom relief. I also support clients in their health journey manage celiac disease, food allergies and sensitivities, planning family meals and raising healthy eaters, weight loss or maintenance, diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and kidney disease. I am licensed in multiple states including Minnesota, Nebraska, and Missouri.

I studied and practiced both Western Medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) in China. I also received a Master degree in Nutrition Sciences from the University of Washington in Seattle. I have over 20 years of experience in health care, as an OB/GYN doctor in China, a clinical research specialist in the department of OB/GYN at the University of Washington Medical Center, and a certified nutritionist for the US Federal WIC program. With knowledge, experience, and passion, I started my private practice of TCM in 1996.
