Dawn is a Registered Dietitian, Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist. She completed her internship at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics in Madison after graduating from the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point. She has experience providing Medical Nutrition Therapy in clinical nutrition, hospitals, outpatient clinics and dialysis centers. She is also a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist. Dawn’s appreciation for food started at an early age, while growing up and working in her family’s diner. This developed into a passion for nutrition and how food can help with healing and overall wellbeing.

In my undergraduate program at Benedictine University, I was awarded the community nutrition award; which is awarded to dietetic students that provide service to the community through nutrition. Fast forward a few years, and I have been a dietitian for almost 4 years. It is enlightening to see how much has changed since the beginning of my career. As well as how much I have learned and grown throughout while educating clients about their nutrition needs. Clients should expect to learn what steps to take in their lifestyle to achieve success with any nutrition change they set for themselves.

I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who practices out of Health Loft providing nutrition therapy for adults and adolescents with disordered eating and eating disorders. My drive as a dietitian is to work uniquely with each client to create safe, sustainable, and nourishing relationships with food. I believe that qualified and unbiased nutrition care should be available to every individual, no matter their size, health barriers, or schedule. I translate my culinary training into my practice by promoting food as not only a source of fuel, but comfort, tradition, celebration, connection, and recovery.

Jessica became a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist after completing her Dietetic Internship and master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition through Murray State University, Kentucky. She has been afforded the opportunity to work in many clinical settings throughout her career, including rehab facilities, small and large hospitals, and within physician’s offices in addition to one-on-one clients. Speaking with Jessica will give you the confidence you have been searching for to build a healthier life with a solid understanding of a healthy diet.

Alex is a Board-Certified Registered Dietitian with experience in both medical nutrition therapy and functional medicine. She holds a current position as a full time outpatient dietitian at a top-hospital in Chicago. After completing her undergraduate nutrition degree at the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC) she wanted to expand her knowledge and pursue a Master’s Degree in Nutrition and Wellness. Alex's goal is to help people adopt sustainable healthy habits even for the busiest of lifestyles without sacrificing their relationship with food.

Xyomara Beltran, RDN, MA, CHES, LDN, MBA, CPC is a Board-Certified Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with over 21 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Professional Coach. She received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Human Nutrition, Food and Exercise from Virginia Tech and completed her Dietetic Internship at New York-Presbyterian Weill Cornell Medical Center. Additionally, she completed a Master of Arts in Health Education at Teachers College, Columbia University, and her Healthcare Executive Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at the University of Miami.

Hi! My name is Mikaela, I’m a board certified and licensed Registered Dietitian. I graduated from Grand Valley State University in Michigan with a Bachelors in Allied Health Science and followed my passion for nutrition by receiving my Master’s in Clinical Dietetics from my alma mater. She received a Master’s degree in Public Health and Nutrition from the University of North Carolina Gillings School of Global Public Health and completed her dietetics training through the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’s Coordinated RD program. Eliza has experience providing nutrition care in a variety of settings, including eating disorder treatment, group practice, and long term care. Eliza practices from a non-diet, weight-neutral approach, caring for the whole person.

Lane is a Certified Registered Dietitian. He completed his dietetic internship at UChicago Medicine Ingalls Memorial after graduating with a degree in Dietetics from Indiana University. He is also a NASM- Certified Personal Trainer, which allows him to combine his passion for nutrition and fitness. In his free time, he enjoys spending time getting creative.
