Brittany earned her BA in Psychology and Master of Social Work from Tulane University. She is a registered, licensed dietitian, and wellness coach. Her nutrition focus is in wellness, weight loss, and disease prevention with a special interest in specific diets including: vegetarian, gluten free, dairy free, anti-inflammatory and FODMAP friendly. Brittany loves to cook and has combined this hobby with her passion for health and longevity to help clients cultivate a diet that is focused on clean eating and real foods. Our office specializes in the upper cervical technique, Atlas Orthogonal. It is a low force technique using an instrument to adjust the spine. It is painless and does not involve any twisting. If you are uncomfortable with manual adjustments and do not like to get your spine "popped" this is an better option for you. I have been using this technique for over twenty years. I practiced in North Carolina and have recently moved to Houston.I also have a RN degree and still work as a nurse part time.

I am a native Houstonian who earned my Master's degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine from The American College of Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine.
