The first 2 years of her career as a dietitian, she specialized in meal planning, menu building, and nutrition education material development.

Brooklyn is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) who earned both her Bachelor of Science in Community-Medical Dietetics and Master of Science in Nutrition Science degrees from Viterbo University in La Crosse, WI. She also completed her 1,200+ hour dietetic internship that focused on both community and clinical dietetics. She has over 8 years of experience providing medical nutrition therapy and nutrition counseling in both inpatient and tele-health settings. Kelsey enjoys working with clients to make sustainable lifestyle changes. She has helped numerous clients meet their goals regarding weight management, diabetes, and heart health.
