Hi, I’m Brooke! Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a passion for helping women like myself break free from the chains of endometriosis. As a member of the '1in10community, I’m all too familiar with the medical gaslighting, chronic pain, and fear of the unknown that accompany this disease. My goal is to serve as an ally for women, to be someone who listens AND makes you feel heard. I work with all types of clients from athletes that desire maximum performance out of their bodies to back and neck pain sufferers. I specialize in therapeutic stretching (Active Isolated Stretching) which allows me to address all muscles and connective tissues in the body. In contrast, a regular massage is limited to approximately half. I have learned that all work is limited if the muscles are short and tight which causes problems. So it's mandatory to lengthen the muscles to get them working properly. I then do a deep neck and back sports massage combining Muscle Release Technique and other modalities.

She earned her Bachelor's degree in Professional Health Studies and a Master's of Science in Oriental Medicine from Florida College of Integrative Medicine. This is coupled with the fact that acupuncture and Chinese Medicine were a part of her daily life, growing up. Mei has also studied under several celebrated physicians, including Professor Gao Zhi Xiang who has practiced acupuncture for over sixty years.

Nicholas is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who graduated with a B.S. in Nutrition and Food Science with a concentration in Dietetics and completed dietetic training with a focus on disease management and health promotion at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in 2018. Nicholas has also completed training in the FODMAP diet for Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) through Monash University. Nicholas knows firsthand the devastating impact chronic diseases have on someone's life, and it is what drives him in his career as a dietitian.

In my undergraduate program at Benedictine University, I was awarded the community nutrition award; which is awarded to dietetic students that provide service to the community through nutrition. Fast forward a few years, and I have been a dietitian for almost 4 years. It is enlightening to see how much has changed since the beginning of my career. As well as how much I have learned and grown throughout while educating clients about their nutrition needs. Clients should expect to learn what steps to take in their lifestyle to achieve success with any nutrition change they set for themselves.

Emily Stewart is a compassionate, Master's level Registered Dietitian and Nutrition Therapist with over 9 years of experience specializing in the treatment of Eating and Feeding Disorders such as anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, ARFID, orthorexia, and more. In addition to addressing these disorders, Emily is well-versed in managing commonly co-occurring gastrointestinal issues like IBS, IBD, GERD, food allergies/sensitivities, and hormonal dysfunctions such as PCOS, Hashimoto's, and Diabetes.

Acupuncture and Chinese herbs are used to treat most issues. My rates are moderately priced. I graduated from the respected PCOM in San Diego and have a clinical specialty in gynecology and infertility from Nanjing University in China. Since graduation, I was the sports acupuncturist for Cirque du Soleil, La Nouba and the Orlando Predators. I have helped people recover from injuries, chronic pain and also corrected irregular menstrual cycles and helped women struggling with various fertility issues to conceive. Acupuncture increases microcirculation, improves heart rate variability, vagal tone and reduces the stress response by calming the nervous system.
