It is my mission to help my clients lead life to the fullest by teaching them how to eat intuitively, to instill a no fad diet way of life and create symmetry between work, exercise, family and food. I see clients for a variety of reasons, but specialize in the treatment of eating disorders, sports nutrition and general wellness. I am a board Certified Specialist in Sport Dietetics (CSSD). I am also a Certified Eating Disorder Registered Dietitian (CEDRD).

Integrative Clinical nutrition is based on a scientific, evidence-based approach that considers the uniqueness of each person's biochemical individuality, in conjunction with genetic, environmental , lifestyle, mental, emotional, spiritual and relationship factors that impact the state of health. My personal story may be just like your own. Like many of you reading this, I suffered many years with health conditions that didn't fit into the mold of conventional medicine.

As a naturopathic doctor, nurse, and nutritionist, and now an IFM Certified Practitioner, I have experience in both natural and conventional medicine, utilizing both to achieve optimal outcomes for my clients. Hello-- I am a licensed acupuncturist and Chinese herbalist practicing in San Antonio. I use a variety of acupuncture styles- traditional Chinese acupuncture, 5-element, Richard Tan's balance method, Koryo(Korean hand therapy), and Auricular therapy in addition to Chinese herbs and techniques to use at home to get the best possible results for the patient. She uses a weight inclusive and non-judgemental approach to support her patients in breaking harmful cycles of dieting. Holly has 3 years of experience treating clients with eating disorders in higher levels of care including residential (RES) and partial hospitalization program (PHP).

Haleigh loves helping her clients make small changes to their lifestyle that makes a huge difference to their health. Haleigh is dedicated to assisting clients with a mind-body approach to a healthier lifestyle through education on intuitive eating, stress reduction and a whole foods approach. She is a “non-diet” dietitian and strongly supports making changes that work for each person as an individual.
