Haley is a Registered Dietitian practicing lifestyle medicine. This whole-person approach to wellness recognizes that our physical health is very much connected to our mental/emotional health. Haley received her education from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and completed her dietetic internship in Chicago through Aramark Healthcare+. Haley is also a Registered 500-hour Yoga Teacher, and Reiki Master. She integrates various complementary and alternative medicine techniques into her nutrition sessions. When Haley is not working you can find her at the climbing gym, practicing yoga, or exploring the outdoors!

She completed her bachelor’s degree and supervised practice at Dominican University and is finishing her master’s degree in applied exercise science with a concentration in sports nutrition. Dajana has experience working in a clinical and private practice settings with diverse populations and conditions. She is passionate about helping her clients make lifelong sustainable changes through an intuitive eating approach. Her counseling style is calming, warm, open, and gently challenging.

Laurie is the founder and chief executive manager of Insight EAP LLC. She is a licensed clinical social worker as well as a licensed acupuncturist who practices integrative health care in Chicago and Park Ridge, IL. Her integrative approach is one that incorporates psychotherapy, Chinese Medicine, nutritional counseling, and exercise, treating the mind - body in a truly holistic way.

I was born and raised in Chicago, attended the University of Dayton for undergrad (Go Flyers!) and received my master's degree at Central Michigan University. I currently work at the University of Chicago as the liver transplant dietitian, specializing in all types of liver disease. I also own my own consulting business which has allowed me to broaden my expertise to serve an even wider variety of patient populations. When I am not working, I am spending time with my family- my husband, Kevin, and my two young (crazy) boys, Marty and Charlie, and have one more on the way!

Hi there! I'm Faith, licensed registered dietitian and founder of The Bariatric Nutritionist. I specialize in treating adults with overweight and obesity. I received my Masters in Nutrition at University of Illinois. I bring to my practice over 6 years of nutrition therapy at one of the largest medical and surgical weight loss centers in Chicago. My counseling style is empathetic and encouraging.

Jessica became a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist after completing her Dietetic Internship and master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition through Murray State University, Kentucky. She has been afforded the opportunity to work in many clinical settings throughout her career, including rehab facilities, small and large hospitals, and within physician’s offices in addition to one-on-one clients. After earning her bachelor’s degree in dietetics from Ohio University, Jennifer completed an accredited dietetic internship and master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition from Rush University Medical Center in Chicago. When working with Jennifer, she will support you in accomplishing your health goals in a non-judgmental environment. Jennifer has enjoyed working in various healthcare settings providing medical nutrition therapy to adults with chronic diseases as well as ensuring pregnant women are meeting their nutrition requirements.

Anna is a Registered Dietitian that practices out of Health Loft specializing in working with adults and pediatrics with a history of GI disorders (Celiac, IBS, Low-FODMAP, IBD, Constipation, GERD, lactase and sucrase deficiency), Healthy Eating, Weight Management, Food Allergies, and Pediatric Nutrition. She works collaboratively with clients to set realistic and practical goals reflective of individualized nutrition plans. She believes that balanced nutrition looks differently for everyone, and client’s medical history needs to be considered along with their resources, schedules, and circumstances.

I am a registered dietitian with over fifteen years experience. I became a RD to help people live their healthiest lives. My varied nutrition background helps me bring a unique view to working with clients. I have worked in hospitals, schools, food pantries, and in agriculture. I am a mom of three young kids and our family loves to stay active. Whether it is swimming in the summer (we're just outside of Chicago!), skiing/snowboarding in the winter, or family walks around our neighborhood, we like to keep busy! In my free time, I love to practice pilates.

Meredith Starr is a registered dietitian and Director of Nutrition Services at Allow Wellness in Chicago. She is an alumna of the University of Illinois at Chicago Coordinated Nutrition Program and began her nutrition career at UI Health general inpatient services while working part-time at a residential treatment facility for eating disorders. Meredith is deeply passionate about the treatment of eating disorders and has been practicing in this field for the past seven years.

Jane is a licensed registered dietitian. She completed her BS degree in Dietetics and her MS degree in Food and Nutrition at ISU. Jane enjoys personalizing nutrition therapy. She finds fulfillment in working with clients ready to make a change. In her spare time, Jane likes to watch old movies and ride her Peloton. She loves her rescue pets, CeCe and Heathcliff.
