Hello there! I’m a fiercely anti-diet Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) specializing in eating disorders. My journey as a dietitian began at the intersection of nutrition and psychology. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition Science and a Bachelor of Art in Psychology degrees from North Carolina State University and a Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetic Practice from Thomas Jefferson University. My commitment to ongoing education and practicing with humility ensures that I provide evidence-based, personalized care to each of my clients. I have eating disorder experience at multiple levels of care.

I offer a weight neutral, client-centered, non-judgmental, trauma informed and somatically oriented approach to nutrition counseling where we work together to explore and heal your relationship with food and body image. I specialize in working with folks who have eating disorders, disordered eating, diabetes, PCOS and athletes. These experiences help inform my nutrition practice and I’m excited to continue to learn from the clients I have the privilege of working with now.

Aspire is an integrated practice, providing nutrition and mental health counseling, that has created a culture supportive of intuitive eating, using therapeutic interventions and mindfulness practices to enhance the nourishment of individuals. We are a team of social workers, registered dietitians and mental health counselors who are passionate about preventing and treating mental illness and improving overall community health. People easily understand the connection between nutritional deficiencies and physical illness, however few people understand the connection between nutrition, depression and mental illness.

I help my patients find the root cause of their disease or symptoms, and provide an individualized approach to treatment based on their unique needs. I specifically work with a lot of hormonal issues including menstrual pain or irregularities, PCOS, and fertility issues as well as digestive issues including bloating, constipation, diarrhea, Irritable Bowel, Crohn's Disease, Ulcerative Colitis, food sensitivities, and more. With the right tools, testing, and proper evaluation, it is possible to get the answers that we need so you can feel good, have more energy, and live a pain-free life.

Todd George is a licensed acupuncturist and nationally board certified in acupuncture and herbal medicine. He received a Masters of Science degree in Oriental Medicine at Southwest Acupuncture College (MSOM) in 2005, and he has completed postgraduate clinical training in hospitals in Beijing, China. Todd was the first acupuncturist in North Carolina to complete the dry needling program of the Janet G. Travell, MD Seminar Series with Myopain Seminars, and he is a Certified Myofascial Trigger Point Therapist (CMTPT). He is also certified in neuroacupuncture, scalp acupuncture and electroacupuncture.

Smart healthcare and results are my passion! Using a body constitution approach, I tailor treatments for nerve and joint pain, gastrointestinal and auto-immune disorders. Knowing your particular body constitution is vital since your treatment could be completely different from someone else even if you have the exact same symptoms and diagnosis. What you eat is also very important so you know how to maintain the treatments you receive from me. As part of my care, every patient receives comprehensive dietary and lifestyle activities counseling.

Michael is a Registered Dietitian who loves helping his clients bridge the gap between health and lifestyle. He obtained his B.S in Food and Dietetics and his Masters in Nutrition from Appalachian State University. Michael enjoys working with a wide variety of clients, while having experience in chronic disease, healthy aging, sports performance, gut health disorders and inflammation. This passion extends to the LGBTQIA+ population and assisting those in underserved communities.

I incorporate mindfulness principles as well as integrative & functional nutrition in order to help people from all walks of life optimize their health. This is nutrition for every BODY, full-circle. My goal as a Registered Dietitian is to help others find peace with food, their bodies, and movement. I work with people of all ages and specialize in the treatment of eating disorders and disordered eating, although I accept clients who are struggling with their overall relationship with food or are dealing with nutrition-related health complications, such as GI issues. There is a lot of nutrition misinformation available and I want to provide evidence-based nutrition to debunk diet culture myths and help clients heal their relationship with food.

I founded my company, Total Nutrition Technology (TNT) is 1993 due to my own struggles with weight and health. I understand that when it comes to weight loss & health management it is a personal journey- not a one size fits all. My mission is to help others sift through all of the misinformation we have been bombarded with by our society and help each individual find what is best for them and their lifestyle. We specialize in weight loss, health management and sports performance. TNT is physician endorsed and has helped thousands achieve and sustain their goals.

Gina Gilchrist is a Registered Dietitian with 24 years of experience in varied settings, including outpatient nutrition counseling, nutrition health coaching/private practice, research, and corporate health. Gina’s passion is counseling pediatric and adolescent patients and their families, however, she also enjoys and has experience working with adults and seniors. She loves to wear many hats and utilizes her creativity in the field as she has presented on various nutrition topics for colleagues, communities, and corporations. She enjoys writing and upheld a nutrition column in Silent Sports Magazine while residing in Chicago.

I’m a Registered Dietitian who is passionate about working with people who want to improve their relationship with food. Hope Peek is a cofounder and the Director of Integrative Women's Health services at Charlotte Acupuncture and Wellness Center. She is one of the first acupuncturists in the nation to achieve fellow status with the American Board of Oriental Reproductive Medicine (ABORM). She is also a charter member of the Clinical Excellence in Fertility Program and is nationally board certified in acupuncture and herbal medicine. Hope graduated from Southwest Acupuncture College in Santa Fe, NM in 2005 with a masters degree in Oriental medicine (MSOM) and completed an additional internship in Beijing, China.

I regularly integrate nutrition science with body-based (somatic) practices and therapeutic coaching to help my clients learn to nourish themselves from the bottom up, with confidence.

Emily practices out of Health Loft and specializes in working with Eating Disorders, Disordered Eating, Plant Based Diets, Digestive Issues, Body Image Concerns and other conditions. She strongly believes that all foods fit and strives to help clients in their food freedom journey. Using a weight neutral and non-judgemental approach, Emily believes that health is multifactorial and will work to see you as a person, rather than a diagnosis. Emily has spent the majority of her career in higher levels of care for eating disorder treatment (RES, PHP, IOP) treating various eating disorders diagnoses.
