I am committed to providing trauma informed care and seek to help provide tools and skills to help learn to self regulate and improve tolerance connecting the body and eating. I specialize in adolescent and young adult clients with eating disorders or disordered eating behaviors (picky/selective). I use a non-diet, HAES, intuitive eating approach rooted in nutrition education and scientific evidence. I always put the client first and prioritize personal empowerment and encouragement. I work to know each client individually and provide nutritional recommendations based on that individuality. None of us live identical lives, adapting nutritional goals and outcomes to each individual is key to sustainable change and success. I love my work and love supporting people to reconnect to their body and to food.

A 1992 Bastyr University grad, Dr Forwell offers a wealth of experience from her 29 years in naturopathic primary care. She is a pioneer of Regenerative Injection Therapies employed to treat pain from injury & overuse. Chronic sprains & strains, osteoarthritis etc are treated with these needling techniques referred to as Prolotherapy, PRP and embryonic Stem Cells as well as Mesotherapy & Neural Therapy. She was a founding board member & instructor at the Naturopathic Academy of Therapeutic Injections, has advanced training from the American Association of Orthopaedic Medicine & conducts doctor training courses around the country.

I am a Naturopathic Physician who practices primary care with a specialty in hormone management. I graduated from Bastyr University with a doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine and completed a two year residency with a goal of helping men and women achieve optimal health via a mix of herbal and conventional modalities. My ideal patient has a strong desire to take control of their health and is open to addressing their health concerns through diet and lifestyle modifications and appropriate herbal and pharmaceutical treatments that aim to treat the root cause of disease.

Sadie is a Seattle-based Registered Dietitian with 8 years of Integrative and Functional health experience. She completed her training in Nutrition and Dietetics at Bastyr University which emphasized a root-cause approach to healing. Sadie believes it’s within your control to be your happiest and most vibrant self and her goal is to empower you to achieve this. Sadie’s favorite part about working with others is partnering together and seeing people evolve into their healthiest selves yet. She believes in the body’s innate ability to heal when given the opportunity to do so.

I believe in blending Eastern and Western treatment modalities to offer you the best care possible. I will listen to your needs and perform a comprehensive exam to come up with the a treatment plan that fits your lifestyle. I have spent the last 15 years working as Registered Nurse and have worked in a variety of hospital settings. In 2014 I spent 3 months in rural Nepal volunteering in a fast paced clinic, treating a wide-range of diseases. I love being challenged and working with all types of patients. My passion is to offer exceptional and affordable care to the community.

Dr. Adam Geiger is a naturopathic physician specializing in musculoskeletal ultrasound and orthopedic medicine. Dr. Geiger graduated from the University of Michigan with an honors degree in biochemistry and completed the Naturopathic Medicine program at Bastyr University in 2005. He was selected for a two year residency in nutritional and orthopedic medicine with Thomas Dorman, MD at the Paracelsus Clinic and was trained in Cyriax orthopedics and prolotherapy. He remained on staff there until 2009 and in 2010 he started his private practice in Seattle specializing in regenerative and orthopedic medicine.

Dr. Fred Chard Dr. Chard received his DC degree from Western States Chiropractic, Portland, Oregon in 1977. His first animal patients were a goat, and then horses. From 1984-5, Dr. Chard also attended acupuncture college in Honolulu, HI, at the Amerasian Institute The doctor moved to Washington, and worked with a holistic veterinarian in Renton, WA, providing animal chiropractic care to dogs and cats from 1989 to 2001. In 2005, Dr. Chard was awarded his national certification in non-needle ear acupuncture by the Auriculo-Therapy Institute of Los Angeles, California. As both a Sports-, and Eating Disorders Dietitian, I've had the pleasure of helping athletes achieve personal records, recover faster, heal from injuries, and reach new levels of performance, in addition to helping people improve their relationship with food and their body as they navigate recovery from an eating disorder or disordered eating.

Emmilia’s passion for integrative medicine and whole foods nutrition has evolved throughout her life and career. Like many of her clients, she grew up learning from various outlets that wellness should look and behave a certain way. After learning the transformative impact of integrative functional nutrition through her education at Bastyr University, and witnessing the shame, confusion, and damage that can come from a narrow approach to health through her work with patients, it has become clear to her that one-size does not fit all.

I am a down-to-earth (but still-above-the-ground) acupuncturist with a good sense of humor, hair color that's always changing, and a deep interest in my patients' lives. Clients like my personality, which puts them at ease, my gentle needling style, and the fact that I listen and am genuinely interested in what they have to say. My goal in my practice is to have good relationships with my clients and to see them healthy, strong, and enjoying life.

I support clients who struggle with endometriosis, unexplained digestive issues, painful periods, and weight changes. I also work alongside clients who are starting a fertility journey, are already pregnant, or are post-partum and looking for nutrition support through this life stage.
