I remain a student and am continuously learning new ways for people to achieve self-mastery through healthy sustainable habits. I began my career in the mental health field as a health educator, where I worked for 17 years. In 1993 I received a breast cancer diagnosis and became interested in complementary modalities, including how to use food to heal myself and others.
