“My love for acupuncture began many years ago when I received treatment which changed my life. I have been practicing 5 Element Acupuncture for 11 years. This tradition is the oldest form of acupuncture that exists. 5-Element Acupuncture works with the individual as a whole, taking into consideration body, mind and spirit and does not just focus on symptoms. Symptoms are a signal from the body that there is an underlying imbalance. My job is to determine where that imbalance lies, and to redirect the energy to bring about healing. New: Korean Hand Therapy (for pain reduction).

I specialize in chronic issues, stress management, emotional wellbeing, addictions (smoking, alcohol, food), women's health, weight loss issues and preventive care. I love the work that I do, and I am a caring, considerate practitioner. In August, 2007, I completed advanced studies at Yue Yang Hospital in Shanghai, China.

Patients may chose treatment with acupuncture, acupuncture and herbs, or for those who prefer, Chinese Herbal Medicine. I am a Chinese Herbalist and can prescribe personalized formulas that heal on the body, mind and spirit level.”
