“I bring to my practice both compassion and knowledge based on my background as an R.N. and the many additional classes I have taken since graduating from Massage School. I respect my clients' abilities to help themselves, so I utilize a team approach in my work to help their bodies back to health and easier movement. I love to teach and believe clients progress faster if they know more about their bodies and how to help themselves. I have had a lot of experience with neck, shoulder and back problems. Recent training in Cranial-Sacral Therapy helps to increase relaxation.

I prefer to work in my home office and offer the best price there, but I am also willing to travel with my chair to an office within 5 miles or with my table in certain circumstances. I am also willing to provide chair massage for showers, parties, conferences.

I am flexible in the hours I offer and willing to see someone with short notice if my schedule allows it. I am practical, down-to-earth. The first visit includes an assessment to determine your needs so the cost is higher than later visits, usually $65-$70.”
