“For 27 years I have helped thousands of people feel better, be healthier, and have more energy. I do this by assisting each client in putting together an eating program especially tailored for her or him, based on age, sex, and health history. In addition I often add professional quality vitamin and mineral supplements, digestive enzymes, probiotics, amino acids and other nutrients to the individualized program. These help alleviate or eliminate digestive complaints, low energy, poor sleep, lack of focus and concentration, weight issues, as well as many other health issues.

As a grandmother of four I like working with young children to help them improve their health, so each child can perform better in school and life. As a daughter of two elderly parents with dementia, I am interested in rejuventation of health and well-being in body and brain.

I often work with people who have issues around food and eating -- disordered eating patterns. By exploring the underlying physical, emotional, mental, and social aspects, my client and I -- as a team -- uncover answers that allow each person to find a better balance and healthier relationship with food.”

Health and wellness are within your reach.
